Until now I have been introducing my Sound Insight Home guests to the concept of in-depth music listening. Now, inspired by your feedback, impressions and feelings, I am beginning to design programs for the sessions of the in-depth listening to music.

No matter how diverse my guests' musical tastes are, classical music remains a clear favorite for in-depth listening. This is not surprising given that classical music, with its acoustic instruments, tempo-rhythms and harmony, is capable of restoring us to a normal state and has a tangible positive effect on our physical and mental health.

A number of studies have proven that listening to relevant pieces of classical music helps reduce stress levels, gives a feeling of stability and peace, and improves sleep. And this is exactly what has been so difficult for us (in Ukraine) to achieve lately!

Furthermore, the greater the quality of the musical material and the equipment used to reproduce it, the deeper we may immerse ourselves in the world of sound, and the more effective music's effect on our well-being becomes.

That is why, I chose the musical material for my first thematic sessions of in-depth listening to music from the collection of timeless classics that we are all familiar with.

So, let me introduce you my first program for the in-depth music listening sessions: Giuliano Carmignola plays Vivaldi on the Stradivari Violin (1732)
